A Lotta Local Lexington Love for this Large Downtown Renovated Rental

Located in the heart of downtown Lexington, this newly renovated Airbnb rental is versatile for any group to stay in. Steps away from enjoyment for all – breweries, restaurants, coffee shops, Rupp basketball arena, and other exciting local Kentucky favorites.

If looking for a bite to eat, try Zim's Cafe, East End, Corto Lima, or my favorite, Carson's. If you get thirsty, grab a brew at Ethereal Brewing or Mirror Twin; if looking for something fancier, try Infinity rooftop sky bar or local downtown cocktail favorites – The Grove in Harvey's Bar and Belle's, a rooftop bar.

There are activities for all ages around the city center. LexLive, an entertainment center, offers bowling, an arcade, luxurious theaters, and a sports bar. Check out the old courthouse, where the city's visitor center is located, with many local resources and expert advice. Get to know downtown by taking a mural scavenger hunt walk or strolling the town branch trail decorated with 160 life-size fiberglass horses.

One mile from campus, you can experience what it truly means to be in the bluegrass country right in the center. Three cozy king-sized rooms are excellent for a group of couples or a family of four wanting to spread out. The spot has private parking off the street with easy entry into the beautiful modern-day space.

The new house is secure with lock codes upon arrival and opens into a foyer with an old fashion working game table and sitting area. It also includes a working desk for a dedicated workspace for that work-from-home friend that had to take that call.

A great way to experience the comfort of a larger space but also within walking distance of all downtown attractions. The Keeneland and Bourbon are split bedrooms on the first floor, optimizing privacy with a shared bathroom full-size bathroom including a tub. The Presidential Room is upstairs with a private bath. Enjoy video games or movie nights in the lively living room on the 75-inch TV. Every other room comes equipped with a 60-inch tv.

Martine's is located directly across the street, a famous cafe in town with coffees, pastries, delicious soups, and sandwiches. If you are a sweets fan, try the Champagne Strawberry or Pistachio cake, they are heavenly. However, before you get disappointed, go Tuesday through Saturday as Martine's is closed on Sunday and Monday. Other great coffee shops close by include A Cup of Commonwealth, Third Street Stuff, Old School Coffee, and Nate's Coffee Shop.

The charming rental leaves Martine's macaroons on the table and stocks the fridge with six different local craft breweries from around Kentucky upon your arrival. A delightful touch to welcome you to Lexington. The kitchen comes available with coffee pods and a coffee maker, as well as a laundry with a washer and dryer and washing pods.
