Bi-Water Farm & Greenhouse
Home to Kentucky's Largest Fall Farm Festival, Bi-Water Farm in Georgetown has many activities for any age. All attractions are part of a low general admission fee and can purchase seven days a week. AutumnFest features a wide variety of pumpkin activities, including hayrides through a 25-acre patch, the Lost Pumpkin Mine, pumpkin vine zip lines, and cannons to shoot pumpkins. Note that pumpkins are not included with admission and must be purchased separately.
Baldwin Farms
Baldwin Farms fall festival in Richmond is open daily from September 24th through October 30th. Admission is free for the Pumpkins & More Harvest Festival for all the kids (and kids at heart.) Choose your favorite pumpkins from their 10-acre farm by grabbing a cart and heading out to the pumpkin fields with family and friends. Other featured activities include a pony ride for $6 (weekends only), $4 corn maze, $5 barrel cart rides, and horse rides for $10.
Eckert's Boyd Orchards
A multi-location national farm, Eckert's Orchards took root in the United States in 1837. Today they own and operate an orchard in Versailles where folks can come Pick-Your-Own Apples or Pumpkins available through the end of October. Fall admission to the orchard is seven dollars on weekdays and twelve on the weekends, closed Monday with children under two getting in free. Activities included in the admission – a 90-ft slide, petting zoo, climbing structures, push-pedal tractors, swings, pirate ship, rat and pig races, corn trail scavenger hunt, wagon train, and haunted wagon rides. The cost of Pick-Your-Own Apples is $1.99/lb, and Pick-Your-Own Pumpkins are $0.79/lb.
Happy Jack's Pumpkin Farm
They take pumpkin season very seriously at Happy Jack's Pumpkin Farm (you can see it in the name), open September 1st through October 31st. Join Jack's for pumpkin season – their family farm is in Frankfort and open to the public Monday through Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm and Sunday from 11 am to 6 pm. Enjoy a wagon ride through their 20-acre pumpkin patch, where they raise over 75 pumpkins, gourds, and squash varieties. After, visit with farm animals, stroll through their impressive two-acre corn maze, or stop by the farm stand and purchase a variety of fall must-haves. There is always lots to do at Happy Jack's Pumpkin Farm and free admission!
Two Sisters Pumpkin Patch
Winner of the cutest pumpkin patch name, Two Sisters, located in Mount Sterling, opened for their 24th season on September 17th. Their hours are 2 pm to 6 pm on weekdays, 10 am to 6 pm on Saturdays, and closed on Sundays. Two Sisters specializes in larger party events of fifteen or more; we reserve weekday mornings for these scheduled groups. Host your next birthday party, church, Scout troop, or another group outing in the picnic barn, barn loft, or outdoor picnic area! There is no admission charge to visit the "pumpkin barn" or the animal barn. Individual tickets sell for the corn maze, tractor hay rides, barrel train rides, pumpkin painting, mini cow playtime, and other special events. Additional pumpkin activities include pumpkin painting for $8 a pumpkin and hayrides to pick a pumpkin from the patch for $12 a pumpkin, no matter the size, shape, or color.
Country Pumpkins Pumpkin Patch & Fall FestivaL
Come for a weekend and stay on Country Pumpkins farm in Dry Ridge. Two cottages are available onsite for rental, Alpine Hills Swiss Haven and Swiss Hills Cottage. Country Pumpkins Fall Festival is open to the public for free from September 10th to October 30th. Activities include a kiddie corn maze, farm animal area, hay pyramid, sand tunnel, and photo op spot. In addition, U-Pick Hayride is available on Friday nights from 5 - 7 pm and weekends only. Pets are welcome on the farm with a leash!
